WOW! I cannot say enough about this company!! Top notch! We left a message, via the website, on a Sunday evening and they called within the hour. The next day they were at our house to get measurements for a whole home siding replacement, window replacement and whole home gutter replacement. We received the quote super fast!! Their professionalism and work ethic is unmatched! They were straightforward and receptive to questions and owner requests. We are beyond happy with the quality of work and the finished product. We are hopeful to do further exterior renovations in the future. A great company with amazing employees are really hard to come by and Brothers Exterior Corp. is one you definitely should give a chance for your renovation needs. Brothers Exterior Corp. answered early Saturday morning and provided me an exact time, within two hours, that they could provide an estimate on the roof leak. They arrived on time, examined the roof and provided an estimate within 15 minutes. During the process they showed pictures of the damage and gave a detailed description of the cause of the leak. After the price was agreed upon, they immediately started the repair. The repair was completed within three hours. The team was friendly and professional. After some heavy rains, we we had a leak around our back windows. The only thing I was not a fan of is punctuality does not seem like their strongest suit. As a busy working wife and mom of 4, most of my day is usually already accounted for so sticking to a schedule is vital to me. Other than that, all was well.

How i wish all businesses ran their business and had customer service like Brother’s Exteriors…..Denis came out the next day after i contacted them to walk the property and discuss the materials they use; during which they listened to our concerns (given some unique and problematic areas of our roof’s architecture) and worked with us to add in some custom materials that we wanted to provide additional layers of protection against the elements. Although they estimated 1.5 days for the roof work, they were done in a single day. From time of estimate, signing the contract, to getting the material and installation… was less then 10 days.
